| Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups blanched almond flour 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top 3 eggs 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted 2 tablespoons honey (optional) 1 cups carrots, grated 1/2 granny smith apple, chopped |

| Step 1 Put dry ingredients in large mixing bowl. Add almond milk, coconut oil and honey. Mix well. |

| Step 2 Fold in carrots and apples. |

| Step 3 Add eggs and mix well. | 
|
| Step 4 Grease muffin pan with coconut oil. | 
|
| Step 5 Get all your friends to help you spoon the mix into the muffin pan! Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 to 10 minutes on wire rack. |
