Meet Our Passionate and Dedicated Team
Elisabeth McAllister (Director & Educator) specializes in Child Development and Early Childhood Education. She has a background in Montessori and is a certified guide in the Primary environment. After years in the Montessori environment, she desired to create a space for children that nurtures their connection to the outdoors and strengthens their connection to nature. She leads with love, kindness and peace. Her passion is helping children thrive by offering freedom within limits and teaching valuable skills such as gardening, emotional regulation, mindfulness, conscious communication and independence.
Elisabeth is a Certified Children's Yoga Instructor who has had her own business, "Shine Your Light Yoga" for more than ten years in Austin. She specializes in yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and Qi Gong. She is also very passionate about health and wellness, nature, gardening, plant based cooking, juicing, and hiking.
Elisabeth is also a mother to two wonderful daughters and a grandmother to three amazing young boys. She is also a pup mom to Tesla, her favorite hiking companion.

Sol La'an True (Assistant Director & Educator)
"I love creating curriculum for every type of learner that fosters emotional awareness, self-love and respect, absolute authenticity, and global stewardship. I desire to see humanity united by peaceful consciousness and free of fear. I believe children are powerful teachers."
Sol has a plethora of experience teaching both children and adults in one on one settings, in small classes, and even in large scale environments to 150 children in one day! She has taught early education, English as a second language, health & wellness classes, consciousness education, and art classes!
Sol is a mother to a very authentic, intelligent, and self-identified wolf girl whom she has homeschooled her whole life. She is an artist of all types of media including acrylic painting, face-painting/body art, makeup artistry, charcoal, India ink, sewing, crafting, clay modeling, cosplay, digital art, and more. She is passionate about consciousness education and the marriage of science and spirit.

I draw from a variety of experience working in different settings, from Montessori classroom, to campus administrator, to homeschooling, and running an outdoor nature pod since 2020. I always look for opportunities to incorporate my love of teaching art, crafts, and environmental stewardship into my days. In my free time I practice Spanish and Mandarin, and swim at Barton Springs every chance I get."

I have a passion for fashion and plan to pursure a career in fashion merchandising in the future. I enjoy hot yoga, hanging with friends, live music, baking something sweet, and lake days."
